What is the return policy?
We take pride in crafting every piece. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We’ll arrange a return or refund and send a prepaid shipping label. Sale items and gift cards are not returnable. Reach us at chitrapotli@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 97735 13177. Can I cancel or change my order?
Because each artwork is made to order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to cancel or make a change. After production begins, we’re unable to modify or cancel the order. Email chitrapotli@gmail.com for assistance.
What does the rolling sheet option mean?
Choosing the rolling sheet option means your artwork will be shipped unframed in a protective tube. This keeps the art safe during transit and allows you to have it framed locally to your taste. It’s ideal for international orders or if you already have a preferred frame.
Where are your products manufactured?
Every Chitrapotli piece is designed and produced in India. We source museum-grade materials and oversee production to ensure premium quality from start to finish.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free all over India. For other orders, rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the size of your order. International shipping is available at competitive rates and any customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer. You can also purchase through our Amazon India store for Prime delivery and standard shipping rates.
